Nails & Good Company - 10 Tampines Central 1

Started going to NGC Tampines around late 2021, and had a really enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and I really felt like they knew what they were doing, always left with clean nails (I normally just go there to get my nails cleaned, hardly any polish done). Recently I went after a couple months and noticed that the staff I regularly see were no longer there. While they were still very friendly and skilled at what they do, I noticed some new issues: 1. Hard-selling. Read about another customer’s review that they tried to hard-sell a fungal treatment (which I admit I gave into for a one-off deal) 2. I finally did nail art on a classic gel manicure for the first time and when I showed her the design, instead of following through with the full design (a vine with small flowers that look like it’s passing through every finger) the nail artist suggested doing just one nail with the design for each hand (we ended up agreeing on two per hand). Call me quick to judge, but it gave me the impression that she was a little lazy. Unfortunately I do not have any of their names, and I still have quite a bit in my package that I have yet to use so I will definitely come back to finish it. Unless their services improve, I do not think I’ll be renewing my package. Note: They do give great mani/pedis, I suppose it’s the hard-selling that really bothered me.

I love the fabulous services provided by Tang Tang at Plaza Singapura branch. She’s very honest, skillful and provides informative knowledge about nails. She’s definitely an expert in nail services! I love my nails by her! Thanks lots, Tang Tang! ?

Anny has extremely gentle hands. Her service is excellent as well. I have in grown toe nails and she not only helped me to successfully remove it but did so without much pain! Appreciate the excellent service!

Nicely done by one of the lovely girl, be sure to find out first especially for naives like myself. Now that CNY is round the corner there's a surcharge of $12, and different types of procedures. Mine was express & gel coloured. $5 more compared to normal coloured.

My fiancee was searching for a nail parlour to do her nails for our pre wedding shoot. Google showed good reviews for this place and we decided to give it a try. As seen in the other Google reviews, I'm sure it is not normal for the nails to turn out the way it is as shown in the picture. Staff was also rude while removing the nail dryer, did not say anything and just remove it while my fiancee hands were on it.
