S	Sean Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ☺️Deliver☺️ Got it via delivery during the circuit breaker period. Still the best bubble tea around imo. I always recommend Royal No 9 Milk tea with about 30%/50% sugar, no pearls. The body of the tea is rather light but you get that floral almost lychee-sque aroma which hug your taste buds pretty nicely. It’s great if you wish to enjoy a refreshing beverage at the end of a workout (which I always do after a run at Tampines Hub). I don’t really recommend the pearls since the sweetness of it interferes with the tea’s aroma but since it’s the circuit breaker period and I really crave those gelatinous drops of goodness, why not? :)
K	Kate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the drinks, but sadly the service is bad at this outlet. Was waiting right in front of the cashier counter. Male staff took a glance at me without saying anything and went on to key in a grab order which just came in. Was it a practice to prioritize grab orders before customers who are waiting in line? Even if the staff had to key in the grab order, he was taking his time and being inefficient, without saying anything. Female blonde staff was also seen taking her time to make the drinks. Really says something when the staff has the same bad reviews at this outlet, please do something about this.
C	Charlotte Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited The Alley Tampines 1 after nearly 2 months and I have to say that I've really missed it and the staffs there are always so friendly! Love their peach oolong tea with crystal pearls as always, highly recommend it! :)

I almost walked out but since I’ve been wanting to try the drink, I just sucked it up. Secondly, ordered Crunchy Cocoa and was disappointed with its taste. For the price $6.80, i could get tastier drinks from another BLT competitor in the mall. The only thing I like about The Alley @ Tamp 1 is the dine-in space…i get to sit so that helped calm me down…hehee
M	Matt Howe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the yuzu and cocoa milk tea. Fabulous. The yuzu was way better and cheaper than the version we had at a certain Korean French cafe. The cocoa milk tea had cereal at the top boba beads and choc coating at the side. I ordered mine with zero sugar and that was fine. The space is small just a few tables but cosy if you can get a seat.

Like most review, the common problem with this outlet is either shortage of pearl or just very dull and sometimes bad service. But anyway its also weird to expect excellent service from a place like this where the workers are mostly part time students lah so..
