这轮集售的2亿4000万元保留价与公寓在2018年集售时的要价相同，容积率每平方英尺1077元，包括填补剩余地契的费用和发展费。该项目有120个单位，每个单位的屋主预计可获得超过200万元。
 Wing Tai Holdings announced on Thursday morning (May 26) that it has successfully bid for the collective sale of Lakeside Apartments in Jurong for nearly $273.9 million, which is 14% above the reserve price.
The $240 million reserve price for this round of sale is the same as the asking price of the condo at the sale in 2018, with a floor area ratio of $1,077 psf, including the cost of filling the remaining title and development fees. There are 120 units in the project, with homeowners expected to receive more than $2 million per unit.
