★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old and run down. This property was constructed in the early 1970s. Lifts are frequently not working. Lots of foreigners and it seems mostly rented out to blue collar foreign workers. Only 1 playground. No other facilities. The apartments are huge in today's standard. Close to Chinese Garden's main entrance but about 1km away from the nearest MRT (Lakeside).But other than that, nothing much.
