(Chinatown Point, Level 2 location) Hard sellers. Don't go there. I rejected them 3 times but they won't process my payment until I signed up for a $1000 package. The minions who forced me to pay this exorbitant amount were supervised by their boss while extorting money from me. If they pull this stunt again on me, I will report them to CASE, and call the cops on them immediately.

Be careful this company, I buy from fave which is $19.55 classic gel manicure with nail art, and i call in ask if nail with extension removal how much she say $15, but when i arrive become $30. She say if remove gel is $15, but end up she did'nt remove my extension also, just remove my gel colour then they starting sales me the package $500 free $50, I already tell her I don’t want , thank you. Then she start doing my nail, she force me to do overlay to stronger my nail if not will not last long, which is $70. They show me few design but I don’t want their design, I show her the design that i want and ask her if i want my own design how much she say need to top up $20 for the design that i want. Ok, I accept, after finishing my nail. Is time to make payment, She say you want to buy the package right? I say no I don’t want, because i refuse to buy the package so she voice up her voice and say just now you say you want to buy the package so I offer for you the design, what excuse me? She say because I added the ribbon for you. Just now you say you want to buy package thats why i offer for you the nail art is $20. What?! Becareful they will try different tricks to deceive you. Scammer Company! Do my nail which is Li Yan from Chinatown Point outlet!

The branches I went were Chinatown Point and Bugis Street. I feel relieved? completing the package. Even since I left less than $100 from my package, the service crews had been pestering me to get another $500. My last mile of $100, I paid all my services (I usually did classic medicure gel/express medicure gel and classic pedicure) based on ORIGINAL price not VIP price as this is the term and condition service crews told me which I feel that overall is really more expensive by alot (meanwhile the VIP/Original price of the service also increases). Additionally, the prices vary between the 2 branches for the top up services like 2 colours bugis - $10, chinatown - $15. I feel the branches are unethical as when I bought the package they didnt mention about last $100, will be charging based on original price and all the terms and conditions are as of what the service crews said no written paper (unfair because is the shop decide, thinking if its worth it to go CASE). Just bear in mind before signing with them that their terms and conditions may alter anytime (base on their liking?) and based on whether you continue to buy the package or not. Learn my lesson and decided to return to my neighbourhood auntie pedicure medicure shop. Anyway Chinatown Point branch change to another level with bigger shop not closed down.

been with them for awhile now and signed packages several times. the service seems to be getting worse ever since they relocated to the 2nd level and expanded their range of services. Understand that everyone is tired from working long hours but their faces were extremely unhappy. all the staff seems to be on bad terms with each other, keep trying to push their responsibilities around, refusing to take on the next customer because it seems like all of them are rushing to head home. And the outcome ? Uneven shaped nails ? package is not enticing anymore and with such service and quality, how do you expect to retain your existing clients in the long run? hopefully there will be improvement on my next visit ?

Signed a package with them based on the initial agreed T&C. I could used the package on eyelashes services, nails services etc. However, the shop changed the T&C halfway into the package, claiming that they changed to better quality products. Therefore, they need to charge for the removal of eyelashes ($20) which was supposed to be FOC if I sign up the package with the shop. Very unethical shop with scheming business tactics. I felt cheated but I am stucked with the package. Cannot wait to complete my package and never visit the same shop ever again! Never sign any package with the shop! No matter how persistent they are or how good they claim they are. Anyway, the eyelashes technicians services so-so and takes a long time (about 2 hrs) each session.

Signed package with them and the price per session is relatively reasonable for members. I will always look for my regular manicurist and I will have to say not all of them is good. But the one I always go to meet my expections.

I've been a regular customer member of them since a year ago, and since they moved to a new store, all service prices have increased at least $20. Customers who originally purchased were not notified. For example, eyelash extensions are original price is $68 now up to $88-$98. Additionally, if the member account does not have enough money to pay, customer have to topup of at least $500 is required! This is really too much! Is really disappointed!
