林苑 originally a hawker stall called chef lam at Golden mile hawker centre. Now they are located at City gate along beach road now. Let’s see what both of us tried here, ,. 1. Stir Fried prawns with soy sauce S$28 This is my favorite dish. The prawn is fresh and big, the sauce is finger licking, a Must try ? yummy ,. 2. Bentong Ginger sesame chicken S$10 Generous portion, the black fungus is very soft, the chicken is tender and flavorful. A hearty claypot dish best match with a bowl of white rice ? ,. 3. Sliced Fish soup S$6 The fish is thick and fresh, a homely bowl of fresh fish soup. I like that there is also my favorite vegetable in it, spinach ?. ,. 4. Claypot Mee Tai Mak S$10 The mee tai mak is filled with wok hei, and have prawn, clam, mushroom, pork in it. ,. 5. Trio Eggs Spinach in superior broth S$10 A healthy and light dish, I personally prefer the broth to be more flavorful though. ,. Review as posted on my IG: Yummymich

Ordered via Livingmenu, and the crispy noodles travelled well. The noodles were separated from the sauce. Portionwise, the noodles were okay. While there could have been more sauce, it did come with two prawns, 5 clams and four pieces of fish. The dish would have been enhanced with cut green chillies in light soy sauce, if that were available.

Recently opened at Arc380. Taste and portion was good tho it didn’t seem filling at the start. A single portion like this costs $6.50. Their signature curry fish head costs $28, and have other zi char items. There’s both indoor and out door seating, comfortable environment to catch up with friends and family over a meal.

First time trying twin tower. The fried noodles are crispy and fluffy. The gravy is tasty but not too salty, seafood is fresh. 10 dollars, very reasonably priced, good for 2 pax. Will return to try other dishes in the menu.

Have known about this place when they were at Golden Mile food centre. Prior to their current location, they also shifted to somewhere nearby if i didn't remember wrongly. Current place is pretty small, seating is actually quite limited. walked past this shop a couple times and they were always full house. Decided to give this place a try and make a reservation via WhatsApp. Even though we reached 15mins earlier than the reservation time, we were still ushered to our seats. Ordered a total of 3 dishes, honey ginger chicken, sambal kangkong and a tofu dish. The chicken and Kangkong were our favourite dishes. The chicken was nice marinated and crispy and the ginger honey sauce was really good. Sambal kongkong was full of wokhei but a little oily. Noticed many people were having their signature crispy noodle, therefore i came back the following day during lunchtime to try. A pity the sauce was cold when it was served to me, otherwise it quite good. it comes with ingredient like clams, sliced fish and prawns. slightly more expensive than your usua l zhichar at coffeeshop. Overall, food is actually not bad and would recommend to try. Service wise, there is room for improvement.

Wanted a place that served tze char but yet not paying exorbitant price. Randomly googled and found this place. Made reservation a week ago for 5 pax and here we are. It is located on the 2nd floor with seating capacity limited as it is not exactly a big area. Menu wise pretty extensive for a small place like this and prices were reasonable. We ordered: 1. Curry Fish Head 2. Prawn roll (8 pcs) 3. Trio Egg Spinach (small) 4. Twin tower crispy noodle 5. 3 rice 6. Yam Paste Gingko Nut What I enjoyed was the homely feel, dishes were not oily and taste was just right. You know how some places the dishes can be served super oily and overly salty. Wouldn't mind returning again...

Good food at a Food Court. Lam's Garden relocated to ARC 380 Lavender. We ordered: $70 ? Crispy Seafood Noodles Twin Champagne pork ribs Crispy fish roe Curry fish head Rice This is a place to bring your old folks and they will be very happy with the food. Since it's located at a Food court, you could order food from other stalls. Check out my reviews.

It’s a pity that they are closing on 22 Apr, glad to be able to make a trip down. Really likes the dishes here & my overseas friends all agreed that it’s really good. Curry fish head is a must try, the fish is really fresh & soft & the broth is thick and mildly spicy. Salted egg fish skin is really nicely done, crispy & not oily at all.
