★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is easily my most favorite Yong Tou Fu in Singapore. On top that all their vegetables has minced pork, they have the most delicious chili sauce, sweet vinegar and sweet sauce in the entire Singapore. My favorites are the steamed tofu, steamed bitter gourd, fried tofu, soup and the minced pork noodles. In my honest opinion, this is one of mg highly recommended hawker stall in visiting Singapore. I will definitely be back here soon. Great job with the entire people of this hawker stall. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent yong tau foo. Limited choices of yong tau foo but surprisingly many fans. Came at 11 am on a Saturday and there are 10 people in front of me in the queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long queue at this North Bridge Road Hawker Center stall, albeit somewhat managed by a queue number system. Pick your favourite Yong Tau Fu, hand over to the assistant and tell them the carb you want, dry or soup. Then find a place to seat and watch for your queue number.
At 11.30am, my wait was just over 20 minutes. The noodles were al dente enough with a good dollop of minced pork and the Yong Tau Fu cooked just right, the fried pieces separated from the boiled items. The star of the show must be the soup which was clear and had the flavours of soya bean boiled with ikan bilis. The one improvement would be the chilli sauce which was a cross between chicken rice chilli sauce and Thai chilli sauce.
Overall quite good and the price is cheap. For 9 pieces of Yong Tau Fun and a plate of noodles, the damage was $8.80.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really very average tasting hakka yong tau fu, nothing special and its quite expensive. Waiting time is also quite long
The soup also taste average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the dried Hakka noodles with YTF. Waited 1 hour for it and the dishes tasted mediocre, oily.
The YTF pieces ie. tofu, dumpling arrived cold, suspect they did not refry/reheat prior to serving. The YTF meat filling had rather strong peppery notes and was salty. Hakka noodles was oily and rather bland. Once again, the minced meat was peppery and savoury. Downed a lot of water after consuming the meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long Q, friendly smiling service .... food is decent and definitely more authentic than most mass market stores. Beehoon is decent - young tau foo is somewhat ok, lah.
yong tau foo is never one of the strengths in Singapore unfortunately, especially if you have been able to try those in the Klang Valley

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying and had high expectations due to the good rating. It's a Sat, 12 noon, lunchtime. My queue number is behind 10 others but waiting time was only about 15mins. Took 7 items that comes up to $5.80. The pricing is displayed at the front.
Taste wise, quite plain for the noodles soup but have a slight old school taste. Maybe should try the dry version next time. For the Yong Tau Foo items, the fishball stands out. Very smooth and bouncy. Next favourite is the fried tofu. Delicious meat fillings. Not sure if this is the norm but the fried items on the plate were not re-fried, therefore the wanton was not crispy. The sweet sauce is just nice and not too sweet. Overall, can try when my favourite teochew porridge stall at this hawker is closed.
