This is probably the most budget-friendly dining place in Sofitel Sentosa, where you can have a good view of the French hotel’s iconic fountain view when enjoying your tea. High-tea for 2 was priced at 88++, including free low of TWG.

A decent high tea experience in the room. The hotel can send the high tea set to the room and it fact it was better than eating there since there isn't any free flow refill. The box they send was a musical box and the sandwiches and cakes were just awesome. My family enjoy it together in the room.

Atmosphere was great, service was good (although they are definitely lack of man power). The high tea was very disappointing.. savory sandwiches and scone were dry, sweets were below average. I feel that Sofitel should have a higher standard on food!

Nice and relaxing place, surrounded by pretty landscaping, really wonderful for non air conditioned space. Free flow of Nespresso or TWG tea for the high tea (1pm or 3pm) - $88++ for a 2 pax set which is quite filling even though we ladies didn't have lunch.

It was a terrible experience. We arrived at 12.40pm for the 1-3pm high tea. We were seated but no one attended to us though they knew we were here for the Tropical High Tea. We were initially fine with that as we knew we were early. At 1pm they came over to reconfirm that we were here for the Tropical High Tea. The food only arrived at 1.45pm, meaning we waited a good 1 hour since our arrival. There was no apology, and we had to ask for coffee and tea (it is complimentary) as they did not bother to offer us. The savouries were decent but the desserts were too sweet and the mousse-like dessert melted really quickly. We had to request for teacups and straws as it did not occur to them that we need them to consume our drinks. Worse thing was, when they served us a second teapot with many ants crawling over it. We highlighted this when it was placed on our table and they took it away. My friend drank her flat white halfway and we spot a dead ant inside. That was our last straw. We pointed it out to the waiter and requested to see the manager. We heard him put down the cup very loudly at the bar counter behind us, and the manager never came. The audacity and attitude! Lastly, when settling the bill, they did not account for the 88+ for 2 pax offer (it’s on the website) and charged me the full price instead. When I rightfully pointed it out, then did they reprint the bill. No integrity and no decent service provided. I highly discourage people from dining here. It is a shocker that this is the kind of standard Sofitel allows.

High tea and cocktails were average but food like pizza from the central kitchen was good. Service was good though I agree with others they are seriously under staffed. Cozy place to just chill around.

Calm and serene place with beautiful ambience. Staff at the bar needs to improve in terms of hospitality attitude and attentiveness. Very limited draught beer options. I felt the Bar staff was very rigid in customizing cocktails and were upfront in turning down requests. Food was nice though.

The ambience was super nice. We had the Mother’s Day high tea set… really nice to have the cute messages on the cakes. The bonus to coming here is that you can enjoy a free fish spa! Overall, turned out to be a relaxing and chill afternoon. Only negative is the service is slow. Maybe it was overwhelmed as the food comes from the nearby restaurant.
