★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接线人员的服务简直差得要命!工作能力不强,态度还不端正!旧的De Dietrich 吸油烟机和电磁炉坏了,登记几次,一个星期也没有人打回电话联系,接线人员只是让等。完全不是一个大品牌的解决问题速度,非常非常非常失望!准备换其他品牌!
The service of the operator is terribly poor! The work ability is not strong, and the attitude is not correct! The old De Dietrich range hood and induction cooker broke down. After registering several times, no one called back for a week. The operator just asked to wait. It is not the speed of solving problems of a big brand at all, very, very disappointed! Ready to change to other brands!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never expect such a poor service from them. Spoken to the customers service for 3 time regarding the build-in fridge. July they still send someone to have a look, help me clear the ice and inform me the heating element was not working will go back office to check about stocks. Next day called me and inform me no stocks. In Aug same thing happened called them again this time the customers service told me no stocks. Fine since it is still working. Today the fridge not working again, called them and this lady by name of Faiza told me stock not in yet and promise me will call me back by today and keep me posted about the ETA of stock. Till now i still dont here from them at all. At least give us a solution what to do before the stocl come in and where the stock come from and havent arrive after 2 months?????

I try to place order for spare parts
1) The gallery unit 70 is actually CLOSED
2) Customer service directed me to Unit 51
3) Front staff directed me to Unit 41
4) Front staff says no stock. Need to wait 2-3 months
The customer service has no clue how to assist customer to replace spare part. Please refer to latest info upload below
