Wanted to give 0 stars, but no option for that, so had to give 1 star. Super expensive for a neighbourhood shop. The lady boss Sandy is fakely friendly so that she can sells you packages, treatments etc. Too much hard sell which makes the whole experience there a turn-off. The staffs are friendly, just be careful of the boss.

Will not go back again. My first & the last visit. Not a pleasant experience. Do not trust that young petite female stylist in the shop! Told me at first that hair color touch up + treatment was $40+/$50+ in total! I thought it was rather cheap so I went there. End up it was actually $40+ for color touch up & $50+ for treatment. I did both of it + a haircut. I was asked if I would like to add on $15 for scalp protect for the color touch up. Before I could really decide, she hurriedly ‘agreed on my behalf’. Really annoying person who keeps psychoing me to try doing it on the spot when i enquired about a hair straightening treatment & told me to ‘see how later’ when i told her a few times i would probably do on the next visit. Aside to this, she introduced a hair product & packed it into a plastic bag & confirmed that i want to purchase when i did not even say anything! I then told her that if i want, i would come to purchase it next time. After everything, when she was asked ‘what i did in total for my hair’ by another hairstylist(i assume is the boss) who did my payment, she told her to ‘include’ the hair product cost. Seriously not a professional way to promote sales to customers - 盈盈来。

Very experienced hairdresser, The lady boss and staff are very polite, they deserve a 5 star from me This shop let me feel safe when I go for my haircut.

The stylist was very professional and listened to my needs. The outcome was within my expectations and pricing was reasonable too. I had my hair cut and dyed with them.

My regular salon that i always visit when i need to get my hair done… Boss n staff are very friendly n helpful and always give suggestions on what colour n hairstyle is more suitable for me… Thumbs up for their efforts!! ????

Have been coming to this salon for a few years now. During the peak periods, even with a lot of customers, Sandy always take time to cater to my needs in terms how i want my hair to be cut, color, dye etc. She does not rush through the procedures. I have tried many styles including bleaching my hair and having a perm, all results were satisfactory.

I’ve been here hair cut and color for long time. Satisfied all the time and happy with the service price are reasonable too.

Always love the curl on my hair after perming at this place! Sandy is really friendly and always treat my hair with care. I usually let her decide on how my hair should be cut to perm, and I love the results everytime!
