★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a bowl of spicy dry noodles and another one in soup. The dry noodles with their signature sauce was ok, though could taste the alkaline flavour of the noodles mid way through. Soup noodles was disappointing - soup was almost like plain water.
Not the best and cheapest variation of these noodles. Would not make a trip down just for these noodles

Spicy white clam | Fresh fish slice | Five spice meat roll | Special Dark Sauce with Onsen Egg *Thick noodle
Overall, the noodle is chewy with a perfect onsen egg, and the condiments of minced meat, crispy ikan billis, and fried shallots are served on the side so that when you need to eat, you can slowly add to your noodles, but I pour everything in.
A small cup of Chinese wine is added to the fresh fish slice soup, and it tastes fantastic!
Spicy white clam soup is a bit spicy with a vinegar tinge, but it's still good.
The meat in the five spice meat roll is flavored with chestnuts. Fried foods are always the best!
The chilli is good!

Request not to be so salty in second visit and it taste perfect.
Fresh fish slice noodle is my favourite as it come with Shaoxing wine.
Tea here is 3-in-1 taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice noodle house serving special dry and soup noodles. Their handmade fish balls are very good as well. The dry noodles sauce and ingredients are unique and the soup noodle comes with Chinese wine which makes it very fragrant. Staff are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the dark sauce noodles, you have to break the onsen egg in and pour in the anchovies, minced meat and shallots yourself. Taste wise it was on the sweeter side, but still relatively tasty.
Family ordered beef and pork soup noodles, had positive feedback from them. Portion is big and well worth the money.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the noodles tasted.
The Hakka Noodles was served dry with sauce along with a generous portion of anchovies, minced pork, century black egg, black fungus, deep fried pork lard and fried shallots.
The clam soup (I cannot remember the exact name of it) had loads of clams in it, before serving, the waitress poured a small amount of cooking wine to enhance the taste and fragrance.
