It was sour. First time ever drinking sour Earl Grey Milk Tea.
Called to ask what they had added to make it sour.
Lady told me their fridge wasn't working properly or not cold enough
So I assume milk has spoilt and they're still selling?
Lady wanted me to drive back to eunos to collect refund in cash.
Objectively the worst Earl Grey Milk Tea I've tasted and I'm an avid Earl Grey fan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osmanthus collagen was 1 dimensional. Mango smoothie was better and above average. But the whole experience was destroyed by bad service. Ordered 1 drink initially while deciding on a 2nd drink, but was chastised by the server for “not ordering all the drinks I wanted at once”. There was nobody else in the queue.
