★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice. High ceilings. Spacious, especially during COVID, this is one of the few place that isn't too crowded. Five star , would come again.
Though, the books from the reference library are not for loan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only does it have an avalanche of books to last you a lifetime, it also allows you the opportunity and space to have some quiet time for yourself, whether you're just sitting around contemplating things, or you have some work to accomplish. The reading room in Level 5 also has a vending machine! One of the best libraries ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You'll need to make an appointment for weekend visits. Really great with archives and they've got special collections of reference books. Expect bag checks. Plenty of seats and desks for you to do your work on. Very pleasant experience everytime! Large art books and a huge collection of artist biographies and fine/ contemporary art books. Atlases too. Sections are clearly labelled at the side for easy access. A whole range of multimedia discs for browsing, view them in a common space with individual monitors.
Bloomberg Terminal archive, only accessible through prior booking. Only 1 hour per visit.
Asian Film Archive is on level 4 but you have to access it from the escalator on the 3rd floor.
Arts and Humanities section on the 8th floor.
Cafe, Over the Counter is on the 3rd floor.
South East Asian Collection on the 11th floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in heart of city next to Bugis a spacious sanctuary for reference books or study/work. Security is strict for entry and exit, free lockers available outside Aircon is always very strong. In phase 3, to enter level 7-9 go to check point on level 8. No need booking for weekdays.
