The team was attentive and very responsive in their replies. During the funeral, we sat down with Jeffrey for a couple of times and he gave us useful tips on the funeral proceedings and provide other necessary advices. The funeral was done beautifully with the altar set up nicely and everything was executed promptly. It was undeniably a beautiful and dignified send off for my late father. Thank you once again for your team's service!

Jeffrey was always quick to pick up call when we need assistance. From pre to post funeral, he is always dedicated to take care and ensure that all went smoothly. He also made effort to come down to the wake and pay visit everyday despite Covid-19. We are also very grateful for some special arrangement that Jeffrey and his dad has offered us after cremation. Covid has been very inconvenience to all but with Jeffrey’s guidance and support, it has been a smooth last journey for our love one.
