β β β β β Would say itβs absolutely decent for the price paid with foodpanda pickup discount. Set your expectations right - itβs more Msian tasting than SG tasting, which is great on days when youβre bored of the usual banmian. Soup is quite flavourful compared to the ones you usually have. Meat is tender. Nice onsen egg. Crispy wanton which isnβt too cloying and has a lot of meat filling for the price. Service is good. Very friendly for a takeaway. Personally would prefer if I could customise all meat instead of charsiew + meat. Noodles arenβt soggy but instead a little tough. Would have been better if dined in instead. Will return when thereβs discount again.

But if you are in the area, u should try this place for once. Their ban mian soup is so much better than the usual ban mian fare u find in other places.
Need to be patient though. It takes minimum 10-15mins for your food to arrive at yr table.
All I had was the ban mian soup for the 4 occasions I was here. (It's hard not to choose ban mian soup. So comforting after a day of grind in da office)
Take the combo and try their side dishes too.
The fried wantons was delightfully crispy. There's a nice Wheaty aroma that contrasts well with the fillings.
The pork strips marinated in fermented bean curd is savory in its own wicked way too.
Try the chicken wings too. I would bet u never had chicken wings done Leepopo style.
Attribute those 1-star reviews to the growing pains of a new food place, if you would. Come on, give them a chance lah.

β β β β β Their ban mian texture is pretty good..but portion is abit on the little side..ordered fried chicken wings as side..taste can be improved though.
Update(7th May 2022): Went back to try the laksa ban mian..portion is decent, but laksa gravy is too diluted/watery, hence taste is affected.

The soup base itself is flavourful but leaning more towards the salty side. If you like salty food, you'll probably enjoy this!

β β β β β This is the go-to store in Batok West if you want dry ban mian. Very flavourful noodles with a variety of ingredients. I have to concur with other reviewers that the portion is indeed on the small side. Would definitely not be sufficient for a bigger eater. Also, their fermented pork is a tad on the salty side so would not recommend to order that as your side dish (they already include it as one of the ingredients in your ban mian too!). Their crispy prawn cracker was ok but not special.

β β β β β Tucked at a corner of le quest mall. Not crowded. Menu is simple & not too complicated. Best to get a set rather than aka carte. The chicken wings are indeed special and well made. Would prefer it than the roast pork. The noodle dish is savoury. However you are reminded to toss the noodle evenly with the sauce to it blend it evenly. Would go again to try other flavours.

β β β β β The food taste good! however I feel the noodles portion is way too little. My partner & I Donβt feel full/filling after eating for dinner. May want to eat their noodles again however one thing that stop me will be their noodles portion. Hope they improve on this.

β β β β β Ordered their signature dry noodle and came with soup at the side. Soup was tasty and light in flavour with little bits of garlic in it. The noodles were sweet and slightly undercooked with a nice bite to it. Adding the chilli provided elevates the flavour! Based on other reviews given regarding noodle portion, imo noodle portion really looks little but the whole bowl is actually quite filling. But hoped that the meat to noodle ratio can be better - maybe could have an option for customers to top up meat for this dish!
