★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food quality in many of the stalls is mediocre (sometimes bordering on terrible), but my experience today was the last straw for me. I ordered dry prawn noodles from the fishball noodle stall and was served with a side of fishball soup instead of prawn soup. When I asked whether it’s the correct soup, the staff told me that the prawn soup was not ready, which is why they were serving me fishball soup. They made no concession at all, they just said this as if it’s a normal thing to do. I paid a premium price just to get fishball noodles with some prawn topping. The staff didn’t inform me of this when I was ordering at all, which I found unprofessional. I didn’t want to create problems for the staff as there were others waiting for their food too so I just accepted the food, but I will not be going back to Koufu anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered takeaway Kaya Butter French Loaf set and when I reach home, found the bread burnt black. This is not the first time I received the French loaf bread burnt. Burnt parts carcinogenic and not edible. Staff should just toast the bread once, and to only double toast when requested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken feet from the dim sum stall was hard and still got the smell like raw. One bite was all we could take.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not crowded coz this food court was opened during the pandemic. Decent selections and my family like the ipoh curry horfun. The shao rou from the same stall is also not bad though one should ask for leaner cut if don't like the fatty ones!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy the from the economic rice stall, 3 dishes, bean sprout, bean curd skin, sweet and sour pork served with curry gravy costs $6.80. Ridiculous pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koufu changed their traditional bread; the bread after toast also not crispy at all. If you take away the bread, become more soft.the old brown traditional bread tastes much better. I hope they change back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice good court. Good variety of food. Not all stalls are occupied yet so hope to see more food options. Contactless payment is very convenient. Koufu app is available for order too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to grab a quick meal. This food court is very clean and organised. Decided on this stall and go for the curry chicken noodles. Which to my surprised its very good ?. Authentic Malaysia Ipoh curry gravy, the chicken is tender and juicy. Takeaway few packets of char siew and roast pork rice (forgotten to take pictures), which is very good too. Even having the rice after few hours later the roast pork is still crispy. Will come back again if i am nearby next time. Parking is conveniently located at the mall itself and i think currently its free parking for the first hour.
