★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Great 1 for 1 promotion happening right now. I literally spent an hour picking which between frames and lenses and the staff didn't complain at all. Worth visiting right now. I'd like to thank Iffah for being so patient and helpful with me and my brother during today's visit too. Keep up the great service! The other Indian staff was nice too! Didn't get to know her name.

I was cleaning my glasses and suddenly my entire glasses fell apart right before an important presentation. Turns out the screw fell and both the lens and the frame popped out. I only had these glasses for a few months. Horrible quality, but good sales staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my 6yr old for the free eye check before Pri 1 starts. Was advised to go after 1pm, cuz the qualified person who is chking for kids b there after 1pm. We went 1.30pm. The lady took time to chk for my kid and slowly explained to me there after.
It's an good experience because we didn't pay a single cent, shop is quite full with customers and yet the service provided to us is very professional. I will definitely return again for my own optical needs.
Well done!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service, Chantel went above and beyond her duties to help replace my boy’s specs which was damaged due to sports incident. First, Chantel called all other branches to source for sparepart, when that failed, she found a new pair of frame and replaced the damage pair at no charge. She was very friendly to my boy too, excellent lenskart!
