β β β β β The retail service is great, but the quality of the glasses less so - the frames snapped under 6 months and cannot be claimed under warranty since it's wear and tear.
The past 5-7 glasses I've used break at 3-5 years on average, so there are definitely compromises being made in manufacturing, so I'll be heading back to the local/japanese glasses store for my next pair of glasses.
Also, the catalogue, prices and aftersales for glasses online and in store are separate, which makes it impossible for a customer to intuitively visit a store to try on glasses seen online, or attempt an exchange in store for glasses bought online.

Got a pair of new frames for free when my specs have slight defect (from Mr. Andy) and went for service. Thank you Lenskart!

I have no intention of buying any specs at all but end up getting 3 pairs through her excellent and friendly service. She is Definitely an asset to Lenscart. Will come back for more spectacles and recommend my friends to her.
