β β β β β Joyce was really helpful throughout. I went back to the shop for a change of spectacle lens and she assisted me with the vision test again, then replaced my lens. All is good now. I recommend the Novena Branch, and ask for Joyce. :)

β β β β β I take experience very seriously because, let's be honest, in Singapore we can get glasses anywhere. My first time entering the store I was greeted by Joyce and served by Jenny. Good experience, I purchased two pairs.
The second entry wasn't as fantastic but I'll erase that because about it four days after I got my glasses, I accidentally broke one of the handles whilst adjusting the glasses. I went back to see if they may be able to help. Guess what? They got me a replacement! An even helped me the whole way, so it's a wonderful experience, purchase and kind attitude. A delightful thanks to the following; Joyce, Shi Ting, Jenny and the lean Chinese guy whose name I didn't catch. Thumbs up.
I'll be sure not to try adjust on my own when possible! Please don't lose the wonderful attitude and service.
