She is knowledgeable and knows her job very well. I keep coming back and buying packages even though it is a long way for me to travel to Novena from Jurong.

The extractions of my blackheads was least painful & the way she massaged the whole face, neck & even shoulder was TOO GOOD! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ She also checked time to time if I was having any pain. I was already sleeping, such a relaxing moment I had. The manager Emily was very friendly & did not push for sales. Thank you Team for this wonderful experience.

On top of that, she has a really great service and shared tips on how to maintain the lashes. Thank you so much and i will definitely be back!

Shop manager Emily is also very warm, friendly and personal. I would highly recommend their service.

Turns out to be a good decision! Nice job done by Sandra who is meticulous and skillful. I like that she gives suggestions to improve my eyebrow shape. Manager Emily is also assuring and friendly. Overall a comfortable and satisfying experience so far. Look forward to even better result after the next touch up.
