-chicken is acceptably tender with good chicken taste
-rice is fragrant
- overall decent if you are craving chicken rice and nearby. While there are certainly better options, but this is above average and worth a visit if you are in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken was absolutely tender, rice was really fragrant and did not make me have to drink gallons of water. Chicken was properly flavoured, amazing. Chilli was spot on with the heat. Overall, one of the best chicken rice in Singapore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great portion for its very affordable price. The rice is flavorful and cooked to perfection, seeing grain by grain. The chicken is very moist and not masked by its sauce. The chilli is five star!! Unlike those watered down ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me the chicken rice rice was a bit dry. So it went well with soup on the side. The chicken was really soft and tender even though it's breast meat. The price is really really cheap $3 these days hard to find. But of course in this food centre it's not uncommon to have cheap prices

Although some news outlets claim this to be the top 5 hainanese chicken rice in Singapore, I thought it was a good neighborhood chicken rice and nothing more. Don't get me wrong - it's good chicken rice. I was probably expecting more than that. Service and prices are phenomenal though, unbeatable. At the price point and in this time and age, this is really as good as things get! $3.50 for a plate of chicken rice. Not many places serve at this price anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start, the delicate and tender chicken breast blew my mind. The meat was flavourful and fresh.
Next is the rice, personally I can eat a good plate of rice in it’s own. Just as I like it, it was very subtle with hints of ginger.
Don’t even get me started on the chilli, it’s floral. Yes, floral. You have to try it for yourself.
All for $3, with a good portion. Where to find?
