โ โ โ โ โ Not very ethical. Used customer's car to run errand clocked 20km plus. Sustained a small dent but denied all responsibilities. Expensive yet not thorough in servicing. Not recommended.

Rick and his team were able to expeditiously diagnose the issue of my IS250.
which i sent multiple times to my old workshop and after spending $2K+ issue still persist and won't be able to diagnose the issue (Wiring connectors).
The service was very professional and friendly

โ โ โ โ โ I came across Alliance Auto Pte Ltd from sgcarmart. Read the positive reviews and decided to give a try.
I jus got a hybrid lexus and have a fault error on my car.
I called Rick ( the Boss) and he explained to me politely and patiently about the issue over the phone and adviced me how to solve it.
I brought my car over to his workshop the next day to do detailed check and servicing.
Before hand, Rick explained to me what will be done to the car and the estimated cost.
Every thing was transparent.
I told him that i needed the car by 3pm.
By 2.30pm the car was ready.
It was a pleasant trip to his workshop.
Although Sim Ming Autocare kinda tight space to drive along the shops.
All is worth it.
Rick is a Friendly and Honest Boss.
He has indepth knowledge about Lexus cars as he only does Lexus.

Honest and capable to solve car issues.
Simple nail on the tyre also being spotted even tyre not punctured.
And turnaround is fast, they keep Lexus parts in stock, impressive.
Highly recommend for ppl who wants their Lexus taken good care.
