★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Craving for LI Yuan Mee Pok but the one at TradeHub21 is not opened on Sunday .
So I headed down to this new outlet at Commonwealth, was disappointed with the quality . Mee pok is as good but the soup base is more blend and they served much less ingredients. The sauce for dry mee pok also don’t taste as good ?
I guess the boss has to do more QC on their food at different outlet ?

What’s not to like?! Local noodles with Ramen-esque ingredients and comes in shoyu and miso options. Tried both and twas great!
Normal options available too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice mee pok! Near from the central area (compared to the other Kurihara mee pok stalls), easy access. The Q is not very long, waited only 15 minutes for the noodles to be served on monday lunch, around 12:30. Definitely come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worlds apart from the stall at Jurong TradeHub outlet. Noodles was overcooked. Sauce was too little. Quantity lesser. Soup was horrendous. Overall flavour is so mediocre on its own and more so compared to the other outlet.
On top of that, this chap (yes the one in the other photos) decided to switch on the running tap at full blast on an already full level of water creating tiny but many splashes all over the place including myself and my noodles that was yet to be collected.
If you want to try to this brand, please stay far away from this branch. Distasteful in so many ways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall was just OK. I've ordered their signature Miso soup. The soup was soo much MSG, I can't stop drinking water after. Ingredient was acceptable but a little pricey at Sgd7. It was just normal, nothing to shout about

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop offers a yummy bowl of noodles. I had miso one and it was excellent. Noodles were boiled firm, exactly the way I want. Pork char siew was good, too. It was a bit on sweet side.
