★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not once but twice. attitude problem cashier. she should have done better than this. but understandable because it is a same routine process and facing stressful customers. personally considered a sound-good brand so excused the first discriminatory service. but twice was doom. repitation of the trademark could have been drawn because of an immature employee. R&B is worth a spend both money and satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Triple Peach with Pomelo, Large, 50% sugar and coconut jelly. Paid close to $7. Price is getting more expensive and expensive. It tasted like normal peach tea. Good try but will not be paying that much for a peach tea anymore.

First staff rotation at Wisma Atria at 1pm was terrible. First of all, I ordered 3 drinks and forgot to tell them the size (medium or large). The staff didn't ask whether I wanted medium or large and instead charged me for large size drinks. I ordered 1 brown sugar pearl fresh milk and 2 strawberry jing syuan teas. The brown sugar pearl fresh milk tasted like caramel and nothing compared to the other times Ive had a LiHo drink. The strawberry jing syuan tea tasted like water as if they just poured water into a cup and added 2 slices of strawberries and topped it with below-average pearls. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Absolutely terrible drinks and service. This is a legal scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pop-by One evening served by a pleasant girl. This is a cool relax aircon environment. Generally all bubble tea stores have limited choices to my taste. The Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk and The Blueberry Fruit Green Tea @Liho are lovely with real blueberry fruit. Forgot to try the Summer Passion fruit not available on Grab.
$5.50 no need to spend on Avocado Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk, is ok.
$3.90 Calpis Triple Peach, unlike Yakult is not fantastic and not for my tastebud according to my kid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order from grab then come pickup myself, but the staff mistaken mentioned that I’ve picked up, it’s ok that I understand sometimes we made mistake:) Point is make mistakes without apologizing, some more show me face after done my drinks. What kind of rude attitude?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, please bring back the old menu! i don't want preselected toppings in my drink. bubble tea is fun because we can mix and match toppings. i ordered my drink twice once on the app and i didn't see the new menu change. that Lychee rose jing syuan came with white pearls. so my mistake. i asked my gf to get me a new drink IN PERSON as follows: "One large LYCHEE ROSE ? Jing syuan tea.
HALF STEVIA. LESS ICE" and it still comes with white pearls. that i didn't ASK FOR. this makes me mad. im fuming. please bring back the more customizable menu please(:
