★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought strawberry Cheezo less ice and least sugar. Very disappointed, the strawberry is so sour and less strawberry taste, probably not using good strawberry. Choose Less ice but feel like more than normal. The cheese topping also very less And tasteless. Very expensive (7-8 dollar) but bad quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long queue times, kinda expensive, but really worth it. I am a taro enjoyer, and the taro at HEYTEA was the best I’ve had to date. The boba was firm, chewy, and delicious. They use real ingredients, so the price is understandable. The cheese is also amazing. It somehow works really well and this is the place to try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this outlet and the Westgate outlet and was told the grape drinks are all out of stock, which is fine but when we clarified they said it’ll be out this entire week and likely the next too. They could have at least put a sign outside the shop at least for people who stayed in queue only to be told it’s not avail. Drinks are fine hence 3 stars

Mango Grapefruit Pops at $5.90 ( original price ) just taste like 杨枝甘露, however their Fresh Seasonal Mango blended with refreshing Regal Aqua Green Jasmine Tea and additional ruby grapefruit pulp and crunchy konnyaku bobo pops for that additional textured mouthfeel + a true concoction of taste and texture make it so poppingly refreshing ! ? ;
Grapeful Boom ( Hot ) at $5.60 - selected fresh pulpy blend infused with Aqua Green Jasmine Tea better than expected. The light sour and bitten flavour definitely stimulate the appetite ?
Will come back again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall my wife and myself find their brown sugar milk tea is really nice as compared to other brands. Only thing is that, they dont provide carrier or paper bag for my drink. So, is very inconvenient for me to carry home all the way from orchard to woodlands for my wife.
I feel that for the price of your drink, shouldn’t be stingy to invest in a carrier for your drinks for your customers. The only bubble tea shop that doesn’t provide a carrier.

Now that the shop has been there for a while, the queue and waiting time are acceptable now. Only waited for about 10 minutes for my drinks.
Some drinks were more expensive than other bubble tea shops.
Liked the fact that they used paper straws.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to admit that I was too impressed by the pretty ID and so damn cute packaging that I don’t recall how the drink was (or drinks? I don’t even remember how many we ordered). The fruit teas are so colourful and pretty - the next opportunity that presents, I have to try it!
It’s a really popular joint, typically long queues. Enjoy
