The most delicious “modern” green tea shop. So flavourful, not overwhelmed with sugar (I choose the 50% honey option). Highly recommended !

There is always a long queue at this outlet, but the staff works efficiently. Tried the Taro milk tea with taro bubbles from their new Taro series. Generous amount of taro bubbles and there was even actual taro paste in it.

Yeah, the tea is superb, sure! But the service from the staff… maybe they need more training. When I tried to redeem the free drink voucher (after 12 cups) and I also want to buy 1 more cup for a friend, the staff makes me pay for the more expensive one. I realised before paying, so I asked if she can make the other one free. She said cannot. Then i asked her to split my order. So I can redeem the voucher 1st. Then I buy another cup on separate payment. She refused. I asked her for the reason. She called her boss. In the end, they also allowed me to put 2 different orders. So please train your staff properly, especially the one fronting the customer. Left a bad taste in those cups of tea today. I don’t think I will buy from this outlet anymore. I always buy from novena outlet so far, since I live near there. The staffs there are so much better. As a comparison, the staff is even the one to suggest that they process this voucher redemption 1st, then they will take my other order. That’s very customer-centric approach. They should learn from them…

Horrible customer service by staff Yi Ran - Chi Cha management ought to do a serious review of her service. Could hardly hear her muttering the order behind her mask and caught her rolling her eyes when a clarification were sought. Visited on 20 January 2022 evening. Worst experience at Chi Cha ever. The only saving grace - the drink.

I might be too soft spoken - the cashier "huh"-ed at me, ie. I should repeat louder. and when I could not hear her next , she then tapped on the ice options on the menu - ie. I should make a selection on this. this is the worst bubble tea outlet that I've ever been to in Singapore.

One of the unpleasant experience… awful customer service from Yi Ran. Stood there 3 mins or so and my order was not taken as she was settling some online orders i guess. Next, i felt unwelcoming and she mumbled underneath her mask and when i asked to verify, she rolled her eyes. I show her my member ship and she rolled again and point to the machine. I really din expect i have to scan myself as i been to other places the staff will hold the scanner to scan on my phone. If she is so unwilling to provide basic customer service den she shouldn’t work. It really brings very negative vibes and seriously ? spoil my day! After which waited 15 mins for my drink.

茶香味足，service is poor. Need more customer service training .. Their attitude is quite bad. Mostly are not local, sound like they are from Taiwan. One of the girl that served me kinda gave me very hostile service when I requested for straw when I said I didn’t wanted it initially. I think her way of replying can be more friendly.

Ordered ice green tea with less ice ($3.20), tastes refreshing. A little expensive but it’s okay.
