β β β β β State Opening time10am. Came here 9.30am with long queue which is fine BUT the staff only start serving at 10.30am.. !! My wife queue from 9.30am till 11.45am !! Staff work very very slow ! Will not patronise it anymore! Ridiculous! Not worth it !

Enabling visitors to have easy access to this unique taste of Singapore and bringing it back home to their family and friends. Try their Signature Sliced Pork and I have friends from as far as Japan who tasted and like it.

β β β β β Very long queues since 0945 this morning - still about an hour or so before being served and we may not even be served then - only one guy working which is making things so slow - Tip get here early not to be disappointed!!!!

β β β β β I was initially really happy I managed to get Lim Chee Guan's bak kwa at Jewel today without queuing. The last time I had it was a number of years ago. Didnt get to eat after that bec of long queues during CNY. Good grief! The quality has gone down by so much! It's really nothing to shout about. It cant be just me because all my family members could tell the quality is not the same anymore. Or is it just the outlet at Jewel? We thought the quality should be consistent at all outlets?

β β β β β Please reconsider saving your time instead of queueing especially during CNY. If you are not here at least 3-4 hours before they open, don't bother queuing up. Kindly reconsider other brands of Bak kwa as this brand created the queue just for marketing hype. Other than that, the standard of service is subpar. Just save your time and buy it off peak. Jewel changi outlet didn't bother to tell those queuing behind that they are out of stock. For the past 3 hours, there was only 1 person packing, cashiering and taking orders. I queued up for 3 hours just to hear from another customer telling those behind and some infront that they were sold out

β β β β β Just noticed this new outlet at Jewel ?. I bought there recently during mid autumn month, which they gave me a recycled packing bag. I used to buy at their long queue downtown outlet. Their new bak kwa packing sealed piece by piece, which I think is good hygiene practice and can preserve better.
