β β β β β Great place to get bak hwa, BBQ roasted pork from Singapore. Be careful to check where you are traveling to before purchasing as souvenirs, though. Some countries like the US will confiscate at the airport if they do not allow meat products.

Glad to find out that their products (except pork jerky) are allowed to be brought into New Zealand, as long as it's vaccum packed and clearly stated "made in Singapore". Any pork products are prohibited to enter NZ as from 2018.

β β β β β I have bought the barbecue pork on yesterday evening (JUL 11, 2019) Time: around 18.00 hrs from Changi Terminal 1 branch.
Once I opened the package this morning and found a small piece of plastic toothpick in a piece of barbecue pork. (Pictures as attached)
I remember this is the same toothpick that they used for tester by the counter of the shop.
Only thing I could think right now is that they bought the tester and then repack for resale.
I will not buy any products from this brand again.
So disgusting!!!
