β β β β β I had a great sauces' introduction from Ms Jenny that made in Singapore. Like the fragrance of the various sauces and in particularly the "Son" Fish Sauce. Looking forward to improve the dishes' taste soon.

β β β β β Stumbled upon the store while visiting Jewel @ Changi Airport. Was very pleased with the different finds inside, especially the vats of actual samples of fermenting sauce. Really enriching for the children to learn about the fermenting processes, heritage and local Singaporean entrepreneurs. Worth visiting!

β β β β β Visiting Sauce Legend was an interesting experience! Great variety of sauces from all over Asia, many of them "indie" brands. Appreciate the vintage feel and decor of the place too (great for photos!)

β β β β β A very unique shop at Jewel. They sell a wide range of traditional sauces that you can't find elsewhere. Sampling station is well equipped and fun. Staff is friendly and helpful. ?

β β β β β Artisan soya sauce and ingredients. They have a soya sauce vat featuring the artisan Nanyang soya sauce, get to smell it, it has a rich fragrance aroma.

β β β β β This is the place to shop for genuine and authentic sauces made by artisans and devoid of commercial and factory injected chemical products.
Their hallmark soya sauces are the best in the land, and by some distance. But they also carry the only legitimate oyster sauce made from the essence of actual oysters.
Also, fish sauces procured from Vietnam using specially cultivated premium fresh anchovies. The taste and flavour in both of these sauces are so significantly superior to anything we have tried before.
Whilst not the cheapest, the value you pay for is worth every single cent!
