★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condominium with foreigners stay in here Japanese alot...clean place on the 5 level there is a swimming pool, barbecue areas for gathering celebrate parties... there western barbecue area, Japanese barbecue area arena etc...excellent facilities here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only only saving grace, about this development, honestly is the location. It's right across the road from United Square. However, everything else is extremely shambolic.
Developer used cheaper materials for the house, so cabinets are already ready to change (after only 7 years). Fridge is already spoilt. Layout of the 2 bedders is okay but too much space allocated to balconies (there is 3), but that's also where the 1k+ sqft went to.
Common facilities are not maintained one bit. All metallic surfaces have mold or rust, the sky gym has corrosion on the metallic structure, the walls have uneven paint jobs, and the pool toilet is broken beyond words.
For the price point for both sales and rental, I expected much more, and definitely a much more luxurious experience through and through, for such a young development.
