★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum visited IMM gallery and purchased a set of bedsheet from Ms June. The entire experience prior to payment was excellent until the sheets delivered were soiled. June offered no resolution or service recovery. The soiled sheets are still with us since two weeks ago. I got in touch with a particular Macy from Epitex HQ but she chose not to reply either. It has a distressing experience for the family, and I will never recommend epitex to anyone.

- WORST bedsheet ever (our sheets were badly stained - twice a row; both Single and King bed set)
- WORST Customer Service. We have reached out to HQ but to no service recovery
- WORST service recovery. The entire incident has lapsed for more than a week with no resolution at sight, with aplenty excuses include but not limited to
: colleagues on 5 days MC
: no exchanges on PH
: only a particular staff is able to perform the exchange
I will never recommend Epitex to anyone.
