Got this Lavender Daisies bracelet a few months back and I love that it still looks brand new and makes me feel really happy wearing it ☺️ Have received many compliments for it, plus the owner is super responsive as to after care services and how to take care of my bracelet! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with Grace! She took time to listen to what I was looking for and gave me a crash course about crystals which was very useful!! She also helped to shortlist a few piece based on what I have shared and gave me advice on which to choose.
She was very patient while I finalise my choices and I felt zero pressure.
Will come back to get more for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing quality. Purchased and wore the bracelet for < 2 months but the charm is already badly tarnished!! It looks so terribly brown and patchy irl that I don't wear it anymore! (note I do not shower with it and am v careful when applying perfume).
Feedback this to the seller but she claims it's my mishandling..? No service recovery or post sale care at all. Strange how only the charm is tarnished. Inconsistent quality, won't return.
