I left this place feeling very PLEASED with the service I was given. This is my first ear piercing, a little late for an adult I guess. I am a very nervous person and also a perfectionist. So you can tell how many worries I have in mind when I want to get my ear piercing done. But the 2 friendly and helpful ladies - Kelly & Vess made my experience a whole lot better! I truly can't ask for more! And definitely think this is the best ear-piercing experience I can ever get. I spoke to Kelly first and she patiently explained about the whole ear piercing process (at this point, I was just casually asking and not prepared to pierce my ear there and then). But after listening to her, I feel that this is the person I can entrust my ears to. It's just the feeling and vibe she gives. I need a person who's patient and meticulous. So Kelly started off with marking my ear lobes. She could tell that my ears were not even, right ear was lower than the left. And she made the marking adjustments to try to even out the levelness. I was impressed! And she actually mark my ear lobes a few times till she is satisfied. This is the kind of perfection I'm looking for! And when I thought I'm ready for my next step, she got her colleague, Vess to have a second opinion and ensure the marking is in the centre. I was very amazed by the level of service! Vess patiently explained the rationale of the marking of my ear lobes. After looking at them both, I feel like I'm in very good hands already! They also encouraged my husband to have a final look before they start the piercing progress. WOW! After which, seeing how nervous I was, they suggested that I can do the piercing on both of ears at the same time. Hahaha and thanks to the suggestion, I'm done with both piercings at one go YAY! Vess even offered to take a photo of me and my husband to commemorate this event! :) In summary, I'll greatly recommend stellar for its service, but most importantly Kelly & Vess for their patience and expertise!!!!!!!!!!!

I would not rate full like many did 1) Poor hygiene management, equipment not properly clean with alcohol wipe. Given the fact they are charging such a high price, they should really invest using alcohol wipe to wipe down for the piecing equipment and the tray. All the staff did was spay little alcohol and without much wipe down. 2) Poor hand hygiene rub. Stuff should be trained properly for 7-step hand hygiene, all these are important . otherwise will lead to infection if not properly done. 3) the plastic they used to measure piercing positing looks really dirty and it was not wipe down properly too. 4) Re-use alcohol swap for clean procedure. 5) Not sensitive clean item and dirty, mixing everything together, as working space is so limited 5) One of the staff impatience and poor communication skill. Hope my kid will not get infection, keep fingers crossed.

Hailey and Bess provided a wonderful experience for my 2 daughters and their first ear piercing. They were patient in helping us choose the best earing types and were A+ in administering the piercings. My 2 daughters (5 & 6 years old) were never scared throughout the process and Hailey and Bess were excellent.
