A place to buy more expensive appliances. Not really appealing to me, you don't seem to be getting much bang for your buck. You can buy products like the Sodastream here, sorta like Isetan.

I would like to complaint regarding the rude treatment i received by the salesman in yr store on 2nd Sept. I was shopping for 2 glass jug n chanced upon this beautiful Bodum Biasca Ice Green tea Jug from Live it up at Parkway Parade. I wanted to purchase 2 units but they only have one in store. The salesman was kind to inform me that stock will be in again in a week time. I was very happy and told him to reserve it for me. He took down my name n contact number and I specifically told him that I will be away for 10 days and will be able to pick it up after 1st Sep as my flight bk to Sg is 31st Aug midnight. On 23rd Aug he called me to said that my jug arrived in store. I told him I am already out of the country n will only be back after 31st Aug to collect it. After my return, I went to the store on 2nd Sep at around 4.30pm, he was not there, the salesgirl told me he is out in the restroom. However, the salesgirl tried to help me check where he placed my reserved jug but they couldn't locate it. One of the salesgirl mentioned that she seen it somewhere below the cabinet behind the cashier but I told them not to worry, I will wait for him to come bk. When he returned, I told him I'm back to pick up my reserved jug. I was really shocked with his reaction...He was so rude...he acted as though I were an annoyance. He rudely told me that "How many times I called you!" I immediately told him to checked his record which I clearly mentioned will collect after 31st Aug. Without any apologies...he just moved to pick up the Jug on display for me!! I don't think I could ever go back again with that rude salesman being there!!!

My wife and I went to Parkway Shopping Mall on the recommendation of our Japanese Sensei who told us of Japanese crockery at the basement. We were there around 7.25pm and found the crockery on entering this shop. The 2 store attendents were very polite and helpful. My wife managed to buy the Japanese crockery and was happy with her buy as there was discounts given. The crockery were very beautiful and of good quality and most of all, made in Japan. In spite of the closing time of 8pm, one store attendant attended to us whole the other packed up. After we paid and left, I saw that the one packing up was still attending a walk-in customer while the other one, who attended to us, continue with the packing up. Great teamwork between the two and they were smiling most of the time. Good job and the crockery we purchased were reasonably priced. To the two store attendants who served us on Friday (18 Jun), great job and keep up the spirits!
