This is the first time I ate up the egg yolk of the Laksa Hard Boiled Egg because it’s not fully cooked. I enjoyed the Laksa Thick Bee Hoon, can have more gravy. My sister ate Laksa Yellow Noodles, hers had enough gravy. Siew Dai tea and Siew Dai Kopi Peng can be more Siew Dai. Lady boss helped to add more tea so later I enjoyed the tea. P.S. Was hard to google this place due to the name. I came to know of this place from word of mouth. :) I recommend this place as a place to chill. :)

Big fan of the kaya butter toast set! They could definitely give Ya Kun a run for their money, the soft boiled eggs are cooked via sous vide which I’ve never seen before, and they’re one of the softest I’ve had at any toast place! I’m not a laksa person myself, but the gravy here is really delectable and had me craving for more! This is indeed a hidden gem that I will frequent!

Newly opened in Basement 1 of Bukit Timah Shopping Centre, this is run by two generations of a very courteous family. While I had soft-boiled eggs and Kopi-o-kosong both of which were well prepared, the place has signature dishes such as Laksa and Mee Rebus. It was the family’s hospitality that also won me over

This is my recent go-to place to get my local food cravings fixed. They serve very nice honey butter toast set (that comes with soft-boiled eggs & a cup of coffee/tea) and delicious Laksa with thick and flavourful broth. I love to have my food served with a hot cup of earl grey/ roasted oolong tea. Their listed price is reasonable, staff are courteous and friendly too. Will keep coming back for more! :)

The laksa set (with teh) is always a delight! Last visited 3 months ago, and glad that the standard has stayed consistent. The team at Loaf is lean, but it's safe to say that their food is definitely rich! I enjoyed the laksa gravy, paired with crispy ngoh hiang. The team definitely doesn't scrimp on the quality of their food and presentation (found some chili garnish on this visit). The lady boss (I think) mentions that they are only open on Thursday to Sunday, so do visit if nearby! Thank you team, for the good service and food.

A hidden gem located at Bukit Timah Shopping Centre basement, serves a wide selection of local delicacies that will satisfy your taste buds. From kaya butter toast, cinnamon sugar butter toast to laksa, mee rebus, chicken katsu set with miso soup and even roasted tea, they have them all at reasonable price! I like their signature laksa, a must-try spicy noodle dish. The lemak and coconut broth was rich, flavourful and tasty! It paired well with the thick rice noodles. Chicken Katsu with Pineapple sauce is appetising! Kaya butter toast and cinnamon sugar butter toast were well toasted with pairs well with the Matcha Latte! I like the cozy environment too.

Nice breakfast place with friendly service. The sous vide eggs for both the laska and breakfast set are awesome. Laksa is not the traditional kind. The sauce is fiery so ask for no added chili if your spice level is not high. Coffee is smooth and nice but not thick enough for me.
