โ โ โ โ โ Fantastic pao fan that is newly opened in Sembawang. Complex and intense prawn/seafood soup with toppings (like fried pork lard, crispy rice bits, bonito flakes) that really complement it. You can tell from the deep orange hue of the soup that itโs gonna be a good one. The quality of the prawns/crayfish itself is alright, nothing to shout about, but the stock more than makes up for it.
Might be on the pricey side for a HDB coffeeshop but I reckon itโs worth every cent. Definitely a hidden gem.

There were quite a few option of poached rice. The stall had lobster poached rice. And crayfish poached rice as well. And the standard seafood poached rice. Also there were 2 types of prawn poached rice- sea prawns and reared prawns.
$12 for the crayfish poached rice- 3 pieces of half crayfish and some lala (clams). Reasonable price.
Quite good standard. The soup was really tasty.
Drank up every single drop! Didnโt expect the soup to be so delicious. And after drinking all up, I did not have the thirsty feeling, guess I could conclude, that no MSG was inside.
Clearly it was flavourful instead of thirsty.
Good choice of food!

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered prawn pao fan. The soup was tasty and I liked that they shelled the prawn for lazy people like me and added bonito flakes for that extra seafood flavour.

โ โ โ โ โ Soup is not too thick, and still very delicious. Portion is quite big for the price. Overall still very affordable. Crayfish may not be the freshest but still decent. Highly recommend - My fav paofun in sg thus far hidden in Canberra.
