London (M H) Clinic - 104 Hougang Ave 1

My colleague came here to do 4 stitches on his finger. He was charged $215 for the consultation, stitching procedure, medication and dressing. Doctor then advised him to go back for 2 more reviews before removal of stitches. For each subsequent review, he was charged $115 for consultation, change of dressing and medication. He has no idea which one hurts more now, the wound on his finger or the cost of doctor's fees. He has already spent $445.00 till date and he is definitely going to someone else for the removal of stitches. Should have read the previous reviews first before coming down.

Worst clinic. Dirty and unprofessional staffs. Not because my Mrs is suffering from extreme pain we would not come. So here's the story I went to buy a drink and came back. The consultation was finished. I asked the doctor what happen. He told me he has already explained and ask me to ask my wife who is in pain. Madness. Spoke to my wife in a bad tone as well.

1)Very Good experienced and well behaved doctor unlike adjoining one care clinic which has mostly new fresher doctors who frequently keep changing , after dr oong left who was experienced 2)Staff is also very decent and experienced 3) gives appropriate medication immediately not like adjoining one care where only after multiple visits they give appropriate medication like antibiotics 3)Just noticed that for covid diagnosis was sent to hougang polyclinic where before here in adjoining one care got test done at clinic itself But not sure if the government changed the policy 4) We should give preference to experience and behaviour of doctor not like secondary useless decorations of the clinic. How is the doctor that is most important

Went to this clinic for LPA (Lasting Power of Attorney) application process this morning. Very good and seemless experience. Mr Tan at reception is absolutely a very helpful and wonderful resource. Mr Tan explained process very diligently, make corrections needed on the application very professionally and politely. The brief interaction with Dr is also very pleasant.

Homely clinic that treats the sick like a brother/sister. Even when ive changed companies, they know how to deal w changes for insurance - so efficient and helpful :-) while the wait was quite long, 20min end to end w no queue ahead of me, still very pleasant experience

This clinic is a very affordable place to do LPA. The front desk assistant is very patient in explaining al the details involved in the document and overall I had a very pleasant experience getting the document signed for my father.

I was looking for a medical clinic in the vicinity, and I spotted OneCare Clinic on the left, and London Clinic on the right. I had never visited either before, but by virtue of the sweltering hot sun, I chose OneCare, which was air-conditioned. However, I was turned away from OneCare because the doctor had to attend to some urgent issues and will not be available until 5pm. I was left with London Clinic instead. Other than the lack of air-conditioning, it was apparent that this clinic was also using the old-school card writing manual system. The lack of a computer system wasn't very reassuring, and I started looking at the other people's reviews while waiting for my turn. Let's be clear here. I ended up having a very positive experience at London Clinic, and felt the negative reviews doesn't do this establishment justice. Without delving into my own personal issues, my blood pressure was on the low side, and the clinic assistant auntie noted that I may be dizzy. She had me seated at the side, and came to me to take my temperature and blood pressure. She was courteous and I felt her genuine care for patients. A male clinic assistant assisted to take my swab test. He was professional and courteous throughout. I was attended by Dr. Ng Wei Sheng. Now, just the first few seconds of conversation made me understand how some people could have being rubbed the wrong way. Dr. Ng's questions and responses were generally terse and rushed. However, I was under the impression that he gave his responses and diagnosis in a state of sharp mental clarity and awareness. He wasn't trying to be rude or anything, he is just experienced... and wanted to move on. If you asked the correct questions about his diagnosis or your issues, he is actually happy to provide further clarifications. Realistically, there are a lot of patients waiting to see him, and he has already done his best for each patient and is waiting to move on to the next. One of these patients definitely has a more urgent need than mine, or I would have gone to the hospital. My damage for consultation and quite a lot of medicine? $23. Based on past experiences, I believe other clinics may charge me around $60 for consultation and similar medicine. I want to be as fair as possible for this review, but I can't give it higher than 4 stars because of the lack of air-conditioning and a reliable computer system.

On Monday, my sister brought my mum over yo London Clinic at Hougang Ave 1 to see Doctor. The male clinic assistant was so rude to both of them. Giving sarcastic remarks while both my sister and mum just arrived and did not offend him at all. Service line and front desk assistant, is this the standard YOU represent London Clinic? Nobody owes YOU anything. If YOU are so unhappy with your job, why need to work there? We are just normal person seeking doctor consultation. Why the need to be so rude and sarcastic? Nothing against the Clinic, is only the male clinic assistant who may have already offended so many of the customers with his attitude problem. Honest feedback as my sister seldom get angry. This Male clinic assistant must be amazingly Superb in the negative way !!
