β β β β β Staff is blind to special instructions! Extremely bad service for delivery!!!!! Already said no toppings at all!!!!! This is the worst, corn soup is lying and almost half is spilled into the plastic bag! Do u seriously expect people to pour out the spill soup and drink or just drink from the carrier bag directly??? The staff who prepared this order has no sense of hygiene and blind!!!! Tried calling the outlet 7 times and no pickup at all!! Very very good job done!!!!!! I rather pay for hgher delivery chage from other outlets than to order from this outlet again!!!!

β β β β β I like that the staff here are very friendly and that I received my food here at a fast speed. The dining area is quite small but it makes up through its accessibility. It is located within a 5minutes walk from the mrt station and that it is on the first floor, making it very easy to get into. There is a kiosk in the restaurant and the kitchen appears quite compact. Overall I had a good experience at this outlet.

β β β β β I came here on 8 july at 1130am the old staff was very rude. She was impatient and talks like we offended her. There this one young girl she was just standing at the cashier staring at me and did not say anything. Took wrong order many times and did not even apologise.
Very rude and i wonder why they hire such people!

β β β β β MOS Burger is my favourite fast food among others but this outlet has been exceptionally outstanding of the wrong reason. Patronised many times because I stayed nearby but the standard has been dropping. Previous experiences such as cold fries, rude cashier, rude kitchen staff. Choose to visit during a non-peak odd hour today to avoid all the bad experiences.
Everything was okay and my teriyaki chicken was cold and hard. Should be pre-cook and left it for some times already. Why canβt this outlet be as good as other outlets?!

β β β β β Walked in to buy butterfly prawns but the cashier lady in specs, working there was showing very bad attitude. I was taking my cash because only cash is accepted and I realized I had to change my order because lack of cash, lady cashier looked at me and rolled her eyes. Did I offend you?! The other staff serving food was more polite. Rude and bad attitude, never coming back.
