โ โ โ โ โ I was attended by Caden after scheduling an appointment with him at the Plaza Singapura Outlet. I was looking for a Proposal Ring and 2 of my friends were interested to know more about the offerings at Love & Co. I was blown away by Caden professionalism and job dedication. Two days prior to our appointment, he checked with me if I was able to re-schedule our meet-up which unfortunately I could not. At first instance when I arrived the Outlet to meet him, I was taken aback that he returned from his urgent leave to conduct the sit in presentation. He did a marvelous job when my friend and I were bombarding him with questions such as mode of payment, timeline, the types of diamond, custom design, pricing etc. It was a straight no brainer to entrust Caden with the Sale since he was able to accede to my requests on the Purchase, It helps alot knowing Caden has been with Love & Co. for around 5 years. Commendable effort ?, and I do hope he keeps it up. ?? May the Outlet Sales and Service Standards continue to thrive!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Had an unpleasant experience served by Shereen. Though she shared her knowledge and some rings with us, it felt very reluctant and forced. We didn't like the tone and attitude presented. Would consider twice before coming again.

โ โ โ โ โ I bought a key pendant with chain necklace as a 21st birthday present for my niece. I was a bit hesitant about the necklace length but was quickly assured that I can bring back to shorten it if it is too long.
True enough, I needed this service and sent back to shorten it. I was told that my purchase was a 10K model and that model cannot be shortened. I was quite upset to hear this as empty promises were given at the point of sales. I felt cheated by this kind of sales techniques being practised in a reputable boutique in the heart of the city!

โ โ โ โ โ Worst ring shopping experience ever. Visited on the 14 march together with my boyfriend in search of a ring. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by a male staff. We told him we were interested in purchasing a ring and would like to take a look at the designs they carry.
Staff proceeds to question my boyfriend on his budget, in which my boyfriend said, "No budget, as long as she likes". Staff somehow didn't get the message and kept pestering my boyfriend to give a rough guage of his budget.
His persistence DID NOT end there - proceeded to harass him with questions on when he needed the ring so on and so forth. When my boyfriend didn't share a price with him, he refused and was SUPER RELUCTANT to bring out any rings for us to browse.
Thanks for the "experience"
