I like that the manicurists are nice and not hard selling. They gave me some advice on what color would suit my skin tone. Will definitely come back.

Nice and cosy nail salon. Service staffs were warm and friendly. I had to rush off to pick my kids and they accommodated to my timing. Overall, I am satisfied with the service quality.

Nicer facility relative to its neighbors in Bukit Timah plaza, somewhat kind services, but still searching for better quality nail salon in Bukit Timah... I may have high standards living in cities like Shanghai with top notch salons and amenities. With staff that are in top of it, over apologetic when inconveniencing paying customers. Nice place, but two points took this from a 4-5 to a 3. Here is why I gave Loveli Nails 3 stars: 1) Price/Value: I expected more from a service perspective for the price. Could have gone down the row for cheaper, or towards Holland village for more. 2) Staff not very thoughtful(main reason): if you have a heavily pregnant woman and new clients coming in, think about moving other clients from their chairs before the pregnant lady to avoid tripping and falling. Not sure why they asked me, but they could have moved anyone else in the row of spa chairs. Clearly, there were others that completed their services--yet they asked me to get up to sit in a chair to blow dry my nails? Then after 10 minutes I had to remind them that they should bring out the nail dryer, not to mention the water they never brought after asking me at the start. I ended up not drinking my water as the silicone cover had someone else's nail clippings stuck to the top of it...

Christine and Kelly did my both gel manicure and pedicure. They were so enthusiastic painting my nails. Perfect!! I love their friendliness. In fact all of them are so humble. Been twice. Gonna do again. Love it!!

They are very creative and very kind and sweet in words and actions they ensure that we are feeling good in health and they can be trusted they are really good???

Went there to do my nails for CNY. Although they were all rushing to serve customers, the manicurist was able to do a great job in customizing a classy nail design. She recommended me to use the gold flakes, and I received lots of compliments from my family over CNY. Hope to try out more nail designs!

Walked in last minute wanting to do a pedicure and they kindly gave me a slot. Super good service and technique, will definitely come back again

Really great manicure at a great price- they have a wide variety of colours and manicurist is very skilled- even helped me select colour and test out a few options. They’re not in a rush either and I could sit and let my nails dry for awhile. Thanks, the unique colours and attention to detail is great!
