Arrived for a schedule appointment to a closed shop. The owner no matter what was going on could have bothered to send a simple to text to reschedule but did not.

There was only one lady, Carol, on shift that day but she was super fast (with the soak off and manicure) and friendly. She was so easy going and lovely to talk to, so if you’re looking for an affordable, hospitable nail salon in the Bukit Batok/Beauty World hood, Borneo Clou is one to head to. And it’s run by Carol and her husband-all the more reason to support their business <3
