★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chill vibes, friendly staff and excellent coffee.
I usually avoid eating scones in Singapore (my tastebuds have been spoilt by British tearooms), but the scones here are seriously good, especially the prosciutto scone.
A special shout out to the staff who patiently tolerated my occasionally over-exuberant toddler and gave him a generously-sized babyccino! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on a weekday afternoon to get some coffee! First time here. I noticed that all hot coffee comes with only a single shot of espresso. Given the hot weather, we’ve decided to order 2 iced white. They have 2 blends, so we ordered 1 of each. Coffee tasted alright, not as strong as I would like (although the iced white came with 2 shots). They took quite a while to serve the 2nd cup. At least 10 mins after the 1st cup. I didn’t quite like the queue system. I think they try to serve coffee to every other table (it’s like taking turns) without completing service for the previous table. The cafe has an industrial vibe to it. It’s good to grab a quick one, but it’s not a place you want to sit and chill for long. The seats are not exactly the most comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The minimalistic concept gave the place a clean and relaxed vibe which I really like!
Had the strong white coffee with extra shot which had a bold flavour that was complemented well with the steamed milk. I really liked that there was an option for the coffee blend as well!
Tried the Maple Scone, Nuts and Banana Toast, as well as the Flourless Chocolate Cake, which were all great! The miso butter served with the scones and toast was definitely an interesting new concept for me which surprisingly matched the sweetness of the overall dish really well. The Nuts and Banana toast was my favourite because of how well the almond butter and banana complemented each other.
The staff there were all very welcoming and made sure that we were well taken care of. They were very helpful in their recommendations on menu options, as well as on advice on how to best enjoy the filtered coffee. Their stellar service will definitely make any visit here worthwhile!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came on a Monday afternoon. Enjoyed the vibe and the team was attentive as well. The desserts are very memorable (e.g. scone with miso butter??) and tasted uniquely refreshing. The coffee was great as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Robust and good coffee however the waiting time for a to go coffee was rather long (20 mins) because the staff were overworked only 2 of them serving the whole cafe on a weekend afternoon. Might be better to increase the number of staff to better cope with the weekend crowd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came on a Friday afternoon at around 1pm. It was not very crowded. Some tables have access to power points, which helps if you just need to get half an hour of work done on the go.
It is a bit difficult to find, but look out for the hotel sign. It is within 500m from Bendemeer MRT.
Service was quite good and prompt. Pricing is normal slightly upscale cafe prices, around $7 to $10 for coffee. Upon sitting down, they will serve water for the hot weather.
I was surprised to find out that they baked their own pastries. A good combination would be to order a coffee and a dessert.
The interior design is industrial (concrete, metal). I guess some people like the minimalist and clean look, while others think it might not be cozy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience 3/5
Food 3/5
Coffee 4/5
Price 2/5
Overall 3/5
Great ambience but there is limited tables available. Will definitely need to queue during peak hours.
Food is good but price for its quantity is absurd. The smoked salmon brioche priced at $15 is at best, an appetizer for one person. Pistachio cake is also very tiny and cost a bomb.
Coffee is good and fairly reasonably priced.
Personally will not return again unless the pricing changes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Distinct metal finish to the place here which give an industrial feel. Coffee was not bad, sat next to the window so natural light was quite nice - was able to read a book. But gets quite busy and noisy. Coffee took a while too but I think because the machine was having some problem at that time. Will try some of the food next time. Overall quite a nice atmosphere.
