Best croissant you’ll ever find here or overseas. Glad that they cater for walk-in purchase too. Prawn mentai is surprisingly good, hope for more savoury flavours!

I just want to rate the whole experience from eating the croissants and dealt with the team working behind are awesome! Don’t tolerate your taste bud with their standard quality of croissants. Give constructive feedback so that they can look into or improve, though they are better then good already. Yes, photo uploaded that you seeing was my support purchase from them. Been ordered these for home, friends and office. It has become part of regular online bakery purchase that I can count on if I have craving or need pastries for office tea break. I personally like their sang-kaya&mochi, Taro & Mont Blanc - special flavor. Those sweet kick better even though the savory are nice too. Inside fluffy and the small crunch outside level up from other croissants and felt less greasy compare with other bakery. Especially wanted to compliment their order team behind the scene working hard every time in completing and delivering my orders perfectly. The one from the kitchen to counter team, its such a pleasant experience liaised with them. Keep up the good work and you shall also see my continue support as well. Thank you!

Hole in the wall find at CT Hub 2. not easy to navigate to this alley so ask around. Nothing fancy for this place, just pick and go. We came down on a Monday at 1030, so no queue. yay. But the selection of croissants and the flavors were tempting us to order everything. But not cheap - plain croissant starts at $4 and the flavored ones averaged at $6. But the ones we had were exquisite and very interesting. Mentaiko prawn, ham and mornay, and passionfruit.

Opens 10am, but a queue forms even before it's opened ?. In general, would prefer better placement of the croissants when it comes to packing them into the box. And I only have 5 in my box, which I usually see 6 packed. And as you can see, my meringue is kinda destroyed. It's ok for self consumption but not ideal as a gift. Croissant in general, is really flaky on the outside, and only relatively fluffy and doughy inside. Would however prefer it to also be more buttery, on top of being more fluffy and doughy. But I've yet to try the plain one to be able to judge fairly on this. Very good: Rocher, generous flowing rich hazelnut chocolate. Mentaiko prawn, simply good, but would want more of it hahaha but I'm baised as I'm a fan of Mentaiko. Good: Passionfruit curd meringue, tanginess well balanced with the sweet torched meringue. Mango sticky rice (pandan mochi), subtle pandan flavour with sweet, slightly tangy mango compote (with real mango cubes!), well balanced in terms of flavours and texture. Not bad: Duck Confit with orange marmalade, had it overnight after microwave hence might not be the best representation of its taste and texture. Smoked chicken ham with mornay sauce, mozzarella cheese, typical flavours of ham & cheese croissant, no surprises but still good for breakfast.

On the weekends, you'll want to arrive about 15 minutes earlier before it opens as there would be a queue even before it opens! I can see people buying multiple boxes of these. They also have a Telegram which shows which croissants are in stock in real time. My personal favorites that are not from the website menu are the pistachio and kouign-amann. The Matcha drink, it's just okay, I'd say it's a bit overpriced. Customer service is great too - once, I didn't have mobile data to pay up with my phone, they allowed me to connect to the wifi. One of my go-to places for a "food gift". :)

One of the best croissants shop in town, I ordered the X-mas December edition bundle with variation of croissants, toffeenuts and cruffin, delivery was smooth and on-time. If you want quality bakery for breakfast or afternoon tea, this is the place!

Had the delight of trying their October line up. Was gifted the box by a friend and immediately ordered 4 more boxes for my friends & family. Even the plain croissant was so delicious. The size and portions are also very generous - having one was quite enough to fill me up! My absolute favourite of this month’s lineup was the Ngoh Hiang lattice (so so satisfying, kudos to R&D!). The rocher selection was also amazing. Delivery fees are slightly high with a cap on number of boxes as well - perhaps that’s the only non-user friendly side. Besides that, looking forward to the next launch!

Brotherbird continues to produce exciting new flavours that gets refreshed on a monthly basis. Boxes used to get snagged up really fast but it's more reasonable these days. The croissant and cruffins are pretty good. The outer skin is baked to a crisp and some of the croissants have interesting fillings that just oozes out when you take a bite out of the flaky pastry. Can't wait for the next monthly refresh.
