β β β β β Jasmine from Kaki Bukit is very attentive to our needs. She understands what we are looking for in terms of specs, design and usage and introduce us according to what we would want and like.
She replies very promptly to text messages and is very detailed in explaining the items, the difference mechanism and function, giving her professional opinion in which is suitable for our needs.
Highly recommend Lucky Khoon because of her service!

β β β β β Lucky Khoon is a one stop shop for all your sanitary wares. I was really lucky to have been serviced by Emilyn. I had a lot of questions and concerns and she was very patient in answering them. You could tell that she's not out to get you to buy the most expensive items, instead she recommended items that would suit our needs. She was also very prompt at sending me product dimension over whatsapp. Post delivery service was excellent. I was there to receive the products, however she also sent me proof of purchase images on top of that. This is a safe space to shop!

β β β β β Would have appreciated if the promoter, Jasmine, had explained cancellation terms and conditions more carefully. We had put in a deposit on majority of the items on our first visit and thought we can take out items as long as we did not go lower than our deposit. We were told later on we have to pay 20% cancellation fees on each item we want to cancel as per the fine prints in the invoice. I acknowledge that it was impulsive and inexperienced of us as first time home owners. We just hoped this was made clear to us and advice on which items we could instead confirm first was shared to avoid this (since we shared our renovation timeline), which we notice that most other promoters would share in our later shopping trips at other stores.
Credit to Jasmine though, who patiently listened to our home design vision, functional needs and budget, and offered her recommendations according to our situation.

β β β β β Fish has been extremely helpful and attentive in addressing all our questions, from the pre-sales to the post-sales, where she answers every question meticulously and positively. Even when my site was facing some low water pressure issues, she took it upon herself to contact the manufacturer for my product to do a site assessment. She is also very prompt and always takes care of each customer, even when my order is a small amount. Her product knowledge is superb and she is highly recommended! A great experience with Lucky Khoon with such a great sales professional!

Even though Lucky Khoon has so many different brands and products, Jasmine is so well versed that she is able to recommend the right brand and model to suit our needs. Not only that, Jasmine has been professional and patient with us. We made multiple trips down before purchasing and Jasmine has always delivered on all occasions. β β β β β From the very first phone call, Agnes did a great job to assist us with finding the right Hansgrohe kitchen mixer and sink.
The service level and recommendations at Lucky Khoon were better than all other Hansgrohe outlets that we contacted and visited, including Mohd Sultan. We were getting desperate due to tight renovation deadlines and the lack of stocks in many Hansgrohe dealers in Singapore.
Agnes went through the whole catalogue to suggest available models and designs to fit our needs even though I was a first time customer and my order was a small one.
The goods were delivered on time and on target. Renovation headache solved.
I wish that other retailers could learn from Lucky Khoon and offer exceptional service even for small orders.
This was the most impressive experience with a bathroom studio and prompted me to give them 5 stars.

β β β β β Abby from the Kaki Bukit store was very diligent and provided impressive service during the purchase stage in November 2021 and after sales service in May 2022 as well. In the picture was one of many items I had bought. I didnβt know how to install my water filter to the tap and Abby responded immediately with a video. The sales I made was more than 5 months ago and i was pleasantly surprised she remembered. Thank you Abby.
