As parents of 2 young children, practicality and ease of cleaning were our topmost priorities. Ming Hui respected our decisions and also gave us suggestions so that our design wasn't compromised. Given the short brief and sample themes submitted to them, we were wowed by the 3D drawings and proceeded with the renovations as planned. Despite Covid disruptions and delays, we are truly satisfied with the end results. We would like to thank and recommend Luova Project Services for their attentiveness to details and impeccable customer service.

From Day 1, Ming Hui and Minne had provided their best advice and professional views to cater for the requirements of all family members. They are very responsive and went beyond their way to ensure everything is meticulously completed. The works were completed well ahead of timeline and we are very satisfied with the completed works. Highly recommended and will definitely go back to Luova for future works, big or small.

Minghui is also open to our feedback and has been patient with our constant changes. Knowing that we are eager to move in, he gets the planning done very efficiently and is always responsive to our questions. Being a father himself is also advantageous as he lets us know what is practical for a household with young children. Best of all, he worked within our budget and we got our desired new nest, so thank you Minghui and Luova!

He was also very responsive to the enquiries, clarifying all uncertainties and doubts. He also made extra efforts to get the samples for the materials we shortlisted so that it was easier to visualize the overview. Renovation was kept within the timeline, despite Covid situation. Even after handover, Minghui was very responsible to rectify some of the minor issues whenever we called him.
D	Dan Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were recommended to Luova for ID services for our resale condo in the West by our agent and we were not disappointed. dividing the ID journey into the pre-planning, implementation and after-sales support phase, Ming Hui and Minne (who worked on our project) have been responsive and meticulous throughout. We were especially concerned about the timeline of renovation given the Covid-induced supply and manpower bottlenecks but the team was able to manage the project right on schedule (and cost), while also communicating details of renovation progress throughout and asking for our feedback where necessary. After completion we were also glad that they were still very responsive to help facilitate on minor aspects that we wanted to tweak (eg. switching to dimmable lights for one of our rooms). Would thoroughly recommend them for anyone looking for honest and responsive ID services.

I'm glad we chose him as our ID, one that we could totally trust our house and renovation with. He was handholding the whole project from the start, and ensuring that all the works are done in top notch condition. Due to our busy schedule, we were unable to go down to the site to inspect on the progress, but Minghui was there throughout! He consistently updated us on the progress of the renovation and ensured that everything was done according to our requests. I can't thank him enough for giving us such a beautiful home and looking after the whole renovation for us. Definitely a firm that I will recommend should you be looking for an ID company!

Both Minghui and Johanna is professional, thoughtful, approachable and ensure that things are moving and in place, always answering to my queries promptly. Our project manager was Yihan, whom we reckon had been honest, helpful and acceding throughout the whole process. Our reno works included the TV feature wall, entire kitchen, toilet and master bedroom carpentry. Overall, we are satisfied with the reno outcome and many friends had nice things to say about our new home. Will highly recommend Yihan if you are looking for an ID cum contractor who is able to coordinate everything for your new home.
