J	Joash Goh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are not fixed, strings that cost the most 15 bucks are marked up. The total restraining service costs 40 bucks. That's too high. Simply taking advantage of the situation.

Y	Yen disney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unable to patronize this store. Opening hour is 12pm according to Google. I arrived slightly earlier but decided to wait until it is open. Unfortunately it is still close now at 12.20pm with no signs of opening. No opening hours info at shop front either. Wasted my one hour parking fee and waiting time. The mall is currently upgrading its escalators and lifts and only one lift is available, so bad experience while waiting too.

They do their best for you to go away as soon as they can, or as soon as you've bought what you wanted. I was planning to buy three items with a total of more than SGD10,000 but these guys lost one customer today!

Bukit timah branch by the way. Edit: I went back just days after purchase
L	Lee Edward on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely services given by the lady in this shop. The range of guitar are well maintained. I brought a washburn guitar from the shop immediately after trying several set. Equally excellent guitars which I can find. Will highly recommend you to visit this shop. Cheer!
w	wynstan chong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. Wanted to have a look at the Larrivee guitar. But shop Owner (in orchard plaza) asked us if we know the price of the guitar. And that we cannot test them.. we got to purchase them and once paid then he will allow us to test the guitar. First time I hear someone that can't test a guitar before any purchase. Maybe both my friends wore like a student. But doesn't mean we are.. and doesn't mean we don't have the money to buy .. Horrible experience.
B	Brown Potato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soft spoken aunty was friendly and willing to let my test guitars, she did not hawk me throughout the store and was fine replacing a string so i could hear the tone of the guitar. Generally a small space with not enough guitara but do come down and just take a seat, also helps if you know some basics behind guitars, instead of 0 knowledge. I will come back periodically, and buy a guitar, should any sound great to my ears.
