★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the Giant Escape 1 from Lyde Bikes. Wei Wen (sorry if I misspelled your name!) was very friendly and patient with my queries. Even got to try it when I went down to the shop. Delivery was right on schedule. Bike seems well-tuned after a quick test ride!

Very confident on their products and push me to try out the bike before buying.
Had a good experience with both the young man Ian and Jacky with their patience and explanation. They even ask me to take video while they explain the step to close and open the bike.
Will definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped down earlier to take a look at their bikes and they were kind enough to give me a rundown of their bikes as it's my first time purchasing a road bike. Lots of great bikes and super helpful too, they helped me tune the bike so that I was extra comfy. Also gave me with lots of tips for maintenance and bicycle care too. Kudos to Ian and his lovely colleague which I unfortunately didn't get her name (sorry ?). Would definitely recommend to anyone whose looking for a bike and hopefully my next visit us to purchase a new bike !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went down to test the bike and were extremely helpful and were more than happy to give their advice. They were very prompt with their updates and even gave me a set of degreaser and chain lube.
Definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking to purchase a bike. You may pay a bit more but the peace of mind that comes with their service and support is more than worth it!
Bought the Fuoco and definitely was the right choice for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the delivery of the Giant Revolt F . The bike arrived as promised in early afternoon. No scratches or marks. After adjusting the seat height took a test ride . Rode beautifully smooth gear changes so it seems well tuned. The brakes seemed a bit soft but perhaps that because they are new, will test few more days. Lyde bikes did a good job overall and my initial experience is very good . They installed a bell and a bottle holder as well , nice touch !
Would recommend Lyde, I am happy with my purchase.

Without hesitation , my friend decided to buy it (good pricing ) . They did the final tuning and adjustment before handing the product to the customer .
