Soon Watt & Co. - Ubi Industrial Park

I first purchased an Orbea mountain bike from Soon Watt back in 2009/2010. Recently the bike's hanger broke due to wear and tear. I searched online and several bikes hops for new parts but could not find one. I remembered Soon Watt vividly and decided to go down to their workshop to purchase one. Nigel was the one who served me and managed to find an identical hanger for me. Because I was an old customer, he even installed the hanger for my bike, waiving labour costs. A few weeks later, my foldable bike's freehub body has some problems with the components inside. I sent the bike to Nigel and he managed to troubleshoot for me. Because the replacement part was not available, Nigel took the trouble to go to HW shops to purchase, and later install on my bike. I am really appreciative of his help. Two things stood out - 1) Excellent customer service from Nigel and his mechanic (Paul I think). 2) Very detailed breakdown of services rendered to the bikes sent to Soon Watt. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone out there.

Nigel is very knowledgeable and he did a very good in the installation of the Ergon GP1 grip for my Brompton. Nice workmanship and he also gave good advice on how to make the adjustment. Highly recommend him for anyone out there who needs to get things done on their bicycle.

I am pleasantly surprised by the extra miles that Nigel has provided over the phone. I called up to inquire about women's bike based on my size and was told that the stocks got delayed indefinitely. This piece of bad news dampened my hope in getting my first road bike but Nigel was very kind in sharing with me on some tips in choosing my bike size etc.He also suggested that I try look around in other shops that might carry the bike stocks, which is not likely be the alternatives offered by a seller (on their competitors). It made me feels that they are sincere in their business. Kudos to Nigel and I definitely recommend this shop to anyone out there.

Went down with a Decathlon bike to change outside bought tyres and tube. Mr. Bob helped me change them. No issues at all. Really friendly mechanics there. They charged a small workmanship fee which by far, after enquiring from other shops was really an honest fee. (One shop I enquired laughed at me and wanted to charge me twice what I paid to change my tyres here) Will definitely come back here one day to service my bicycle. Thanks again Mr Bob! Really appreciate the honest and friendly service! ?

Went to replace my faulty shifter cable and helped to adjust the crank and even refilled air into wheels for free and did a great job!

My Giant Fastroad rear derailleur hanger completely broke off, resulting in a bended rear derailleur, snapped cables. They advised on how to get spare parts and the experienced mechanic Poe promptly repaired everything with no issues. Boss Nigel also charged a very affordable fee for what seems a disaster. It's apparent boss himself is a cyclist too. Definitely your bicycle is in good hands when you go there! Note: for those who self assemble bicycles bought from overseas, please let them assemble your bike for a small fee for peace of mind. It is not so simple and the preassembled stuff maybe not aligned. I learnt this the hard way.

Talk to Nigel of Boon Bike Supply company who happens to be this Soon Watt Company, who helped me with my bike issue. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. With his capable assistant who iron out my tyres issue easily, I was able to ride off with ease of mind and no dent at all to my pocket. Thanks for your help and reasonable pricing. Definitely a good place to send your bike repairs to.
