Wayne & team are always helpful and open to questions. Have been recommending them to my friends, colleagues and many have also get the best service from them! Keep it up and will be back again for my next bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Java Zelo 9 speeds bike on 6-6 sales, bike received on 8/6 late night, tested next day and discovered sound on right side of crank.
Contacted coy via chat feedback bike arrived with defect and asked for one for one replacement. DCpro refused.
Sent bike to their shop on 10/6, mechanic found out the problem but instead of replace with new part, they fixed issue with short cut as in the photo.
Not only that, the shop pushed away responsibility by saying they didn't test ride because they don't want to dirty the tyres.
But my question to the shop is that if they can't find a way to perform proper QA, then why are they still selling bikes with potentially defect to cheat on customer?
Who give them the license to cheat? Obviously is the online platform - Lazada.
Lazada failed to take action against the cheaters like DCpro Sports, and that's why DCpro can continue to cheat and bully the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible and time-consuming experience. Bought a Crius, they built it with normal chain ring instead of spiderweb without checking with me and called me that bike was ready, had no choice but to accept.
I rode for only 10 mins, handle stem was not stable and made sounds. I realised it was not installed properly and the connecting parts scratched the frame (pic).
Brought back to them, they said will fix and touch up with paint, waited 45 mins, then they said need 1 day. Next day I went back to collect, it was not touched up, waited another 45 mins.

Was very upset by the aesthetic change and super high hidden cost service charge from previous bike shop.
DCPro had moved just next from their old unit to bigger space with spacious technical area for servicing. (Neat n Nice)
Honest and knowledgeable team is very important to gain customer trust from coming back again. Most important price are transparent (no hidden cost).
Will definitely recommend DCPro
to bike lovers.
