β β β β β My greatest appreciation to the Team at EW!
Started with a cold shoulder to look for a Reach, I have learn and enjoy over the months how they have patiently help me to get what the Birdy can achieved.
Must say that if I have given an initial review based on my first experience, they deserve a zero star.
But...given the restrictions placed by our great Government, fully understand their request for me to make appointments and patiently wait for my turn to visit them.
Imagine.....if they have given me my way of visiting them anytime, they get fined and have to close, I will give them and my fellow Birdy riders more problems because of my own selfish gain.
Over months of waiting for parts and time slots, Jeff and Ah Lian with their in depth experience and knowledge have given me spot on advise and suggestions to max out the potential of the bike! For this, I am very grateful!
Take some time to understand their position and restrictions, I am sure you too willl enjoy what they can help you with your enquires!
Let's all understand and be patient with each other.
We will enjoy more if we give some space and thoughts to each other.
Time to ride!

β β β β β Fully agree with all the reviews in the last few months.
Made an appointment two weeks in advance, went down and they were surprised I was there and said don't have record.
Nvm, walked in but didn't even bother entertaining me, simple short answers when I asked about Ridea hubs. I ask how much and just told me out of stock. The feel you get is that you are not worth their time with such small purchases. Only bother to serve those who spend big bucks in their shop.
If you aren't spending more than $1000 at their shop, don't think you'll get much service.

β β β β β Small shop but one stop solutions for your foldies, lots of parts and accessories for your Brompton and Birdy. After checking the stock via their FB messenger, I ordered a Ridea easy wheel for my birdy, was told to bring my birdy along for free installation. Excellent service from Jeffrey and Ah Lian. The shop was packed, have to wait outside even though I made an appointment, totally understand because of the social distancing, and they have to be cautious for not breaking the rule. Took awhile for them to install it for me, while they had tons of customers to take care. I had a quick chat with Jeffrey when he was finally free, show me different parts available to upgrade, and share with me the pros and cons. Ah Lian helped to install the easy wheel, then he showed me how to fold the bike with the new easy wheel. Overall I'm satisfied with their services and expertise, make sure you can wait patiently, and they can definitely answer your queries. PS: There are a lot of temptations at E-Walker, make sure you have strong wallet! Hahaha

β β β β β Terrible customer service. They did not seem to be interested to assist us. I was looking for Java bikes, and one moment he told me that they donβt carry Java bikes, and the next moment, he says theyβre out of stock. So, whatβs the point of having the βJAVAβ brand on your shop signage outside, when your staff doesnβt even know whether your shop carries Java?

β β β β β #Birdybike fans will find their upgrades here. Everything from #ridea, #colorplus, #magura. All compatible parts available for #birdy and #brompton bikes, cranks, brakes, carbon wheels, among all other components. They will do servicing for you as well. You need an appointment during covid times and walk ons wouldn't be accepted. Aside from some challenges getting an appointment, the workmanship and services provided are pretty good.
